To the extent permitted by law, Snippet Digital makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Snippet Digital or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use this website or the materials on this website, even if Snippet Digital or an authorised representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.

In certain situations, we may even refund your credits or payments.

If you wish to cancel your account, you can do so directly within the app or by contacting our support team for assistance.

Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds. All purchases are final.

Information about credits

At our company, we offer two pricing models: monthly subscription and pay-as-you-go clustering credits.

If you choose the monthly subscription model, you will receive access to multiple services and clustering credits every month, as detailed on our pricing page. Any unused services or credits will be reset at the end of your billing period, whether you have a monthly or annual subscription.

Alternatively, the pay-as-you-go model is designed specifically for purchasing keyword clustering credits. These credits cannot be used to access any other app services besides keyword clustering. The credits you purchase through pay-as-you-go are valid for 30 days from the purchase date.

Snippet Digital has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, approval or control by Snippet Digital of the site. Use of any such linked site is at your own risk, and we strongly advise you make your own investigations concerning the suitability of those sites.

Right To Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your right to use our website and terminate these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach.

User Data

We will maintain specific data that you transmit to the Site to manage the performance of the Site, as well as data relating to your use of the site. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit, or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Site. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data. User data is not shared with any third parties under any circumstances unless required by the law.

Data retention

Upon subscription cancellation the account will be cancelled at the end of your billing period and the data will be permanently deleted on this date and cannot be recovered.

For pay-as-you-go customers, projects will be deleted 30 days after creation.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for data loss due to the customer’s inaction. Once deleted, data cannot be retrieved.

Severance

Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Community Access and Membership (Addendum)

1. Community Subscription Plans:

• Early Bird Pricing: $29/month or $313/year (10% discount for annual plan). Limited to 80 seats. Once sold out, this pricing will no longer be available.
• Post-Early Bird Pricing: $49/month or $530/year (10% discount for annual plan).

2. Early Bird Price Validity:
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust early bird pricing after 12 months from the launch date, effective 01-01-2026.

3. Complimentary Access for Keyword Insights Subscribers:
Active subscribers to any Keyword Insights monthly or annual plan will receive complimentary access to the community as long as their subscription remains valid.

4. Termination of Access:
If a subscriber cancels their Keyword Insights subscription, access to the community will be revoked at the end of the billing period. Users may continue community access by subscribing to a standalone community plan.

5. Separate Community Membership:
Users may sign up for a community-only plan independent of their Keyword Insights subscription.

6. Billing Period:
Community access is terminated on the day of subscription cancellation, coinciding with the end of the current billing cycle.

Community Guidelines

1. User Conduct:
Users are expected to engage respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of community access without a refund.

2. Content Ownership:
Users retain ownership of the content they post but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content within the community platform.

3. Account Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including breaches of community guidelines.

Payments and Refunds (Community Specific)

1. Payment Terms:
Community membership fees are billed monthly or annually, as selected by the user.

2. Refund Policy:
All payments are non-refundable. Exceptions are made only in cases of billing errors or as required by applicable law.

Modifications to Terms (Community Specific)

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
