We'll cary out our own extensive keyword research based on your goals, or we can use your existing keyword research and add to it by carrying our a competitor gap analysis. Either way our process will involve researching and building a comprehensive keyword universe.
We'll cluster the keywords for you as part of the cost, saving you a subscription fee. We'll then analyse the clusters for you and create a presentation with any interesting insights we find. Finally we'll formulate a strategy for targeting these keywords along with a detailed content calendar for your team to follow.
If required we'll map out a new information architecture for you so that internal linking between your content is optimised from the start. We can then produce content briefs or even complete content for you on an on-going basis if required and depending on budget.

Based on the clusters of keywords, we'll create detailed strategy outlining the key areas of opportunity for content creation. Presented in a deck and recorded for future reference.
A content Calendar in Google sheets detailing suggested content titles, categorisation, main target keyword(s), examples of similar content - and if required, links to full briefs for each article.
Often our analysis uncovers some ‘quick wins’. For example, subtly changing the intent or focus keyword on an existing piece of content. We’ll explain these in a deck and put the recommendations into a Google sheets checklist.
Using the keyword clusters and by analysing the search intent provided by Keyword Insights ®, we'll map out an optimal hub and spoke structure of content with internal linking mapped from the beginning.
Understanding which keywords require separate landing pages and which can be combined is essential for efficient organic performance. We’ll identify cases of cannibalisation where pages are competing for rankings and hindering your ranking potential.
Using Keyword Insights ®, our team will provide search intent classification at scale. This will show you whether you should create transactional or informational pages to target each keyword - or whether you could rank twice by creating both. This is provided in Google sheets.
